Last updated 25 August 2026. These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement for cleaning or property management work, which is agreed separately in writing before any job begins.

This website is operated by Team Adams LLC, trading as Adams Cleaning & Property Management. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.

The Get a Quote page can show you an indicative figure based on what you enter. It is not a quote, not an offer, and not a price we are bound by. Every property is different, and the actual price is confirmed after we have understood the job, usually with a short walkthrough in person or by video. If the two differ, the confirmed written price is the one that counts.

We try to keep everything here accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error free, and we may change services, coverage areas or content without notice.

Do not submit anything through our forms that is unlawful, that is not yours to send, or that contains someone else’s personal information without their knowledge. What happens to what you do send is set out in our Privacy Policy.

The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for your own commercial use without asking first.

Where we link to somewhere else, we are not responsible for what is there.

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the website itself. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the work we actually carry out, which is governed by the service agreement for that work, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
