What happens to the information you send us, in plain language.

Last updated 25 August 2026. This page explains what happens to information you give us through this website. It is a description of how the site works, not legal advice.

Team Adams LLC, trading as Adams Cleaning & Property Management, a cleaning and property management business serving Rochester, New York and Monroe County. You can reach us at teamadams@teamadamsllc.com or 585-204-0133.

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect anything about you simply for reading the site. Information reaches us only when you fill in one of our forms.

Your name, email address, phone number, the town you are in, and whatever you tell us about the property and the work you want. If you use the estimate calculator, the figure it showed you is sent along with your enquiry so we are both looking at the same numbers when we call.

Your name and contact details, the town you live in, the role and hours you are after, your availability, whether you have transport, your cleaning experience, whether you are legally authorised to work in the United States, whether you can meet the physical parts of the role, anything you choose to tell us about yourself, and your resume if you attach one.

Attaching a resume is optional. The upload accepts PDF, Word, RTF, text and image files up to 5MB, and the file is stored on this website’s own server.

Enquiries are emailed to us and recorded in our internal client system so that a person follows them up and nothing is lost. Applications are emailed to the owners and recorded in the same system so we can keep track of where each candidate is in the process. That is all. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not send it to advertisers.

Our email runs on Google Workspace. This website is hosted by Hostinger. Our internal client system runs on Vercel with a database provided by Neon. All of these are in the United States. Each of those companies processes the information only in order to provide their service to us.

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager and no Meta pixel on any page. Nobody is building a profile of you here.

The only cookies are functional ones set by WordPress and by the caching system that makes pages load quickly. They do not identify you. If we add analytics later, this page will be updated before it goes live, not after.

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and afterwards as a record of work quoted and done. Applications are kept while the role is open and for a reasonable period after, in case something suitable comes up. If you want your information removed sooner, ask us and we will remove it, unless we are required to keep a record of work actually carried out.

Write to teamadams@teamadamsllc.com and you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will answer. You do not need to give a reason.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
