The fix is not working harder. It is writing down what a finished house looks like in your home specifically, and then measuring every visit against that instead of against how the cleaner felt that day.
You approve the checklist before the first clean. If you want the inside of the microwave done every time and the guest room skipped, that is on the list, and it stays on the list.

Your checklist starts here and gets adjusted to your home. Extras like ovens, fridges and interior windows are quoted separately so the base price stays predictable.
- Kitchen surfaces, sink, cooktop, exterior of appliances
- Bathrooms sanitized, shower glass, mirrors, fixtures
- All floors vacuumed and mopped
- Dusting, including sills, ledges and baseboards on the schedule you set
- Beds made or changed, to your preference
- High-touch points disinfected, handles, switches, remotes
- Trash emptied and liners replaced
- A final walk of the house against your checklist before we leave
