Commercial cleaning is graded in a handful of places. The restroom, the kitchen or break room, the entrance glass, and whatever surface your customers put their hands on. Everything else matters, but those are the ones people form an opinion from.
We build the schedule around those pressure points and the way your space is used, rather than running the same generic nightly list through every kind of business. A clinic, a salon and a warehouse office do not need the same thing and should not be priced as if they do.
Work happens when it suits you. After hours and overnight are normal, and for premises where a visible clean is part of the impression, we can work during the day instead.

Scoped per site after a walkthrough. Floor care, disinfection and window work can be built into the schedule or booked as periodic deep work.

Fully insured
Adams carries full insurance on commercial work. If your landlord or insurer wants a certificate before we start, ask and we will provide it.

Every site has a written scope and a checklist. That matters when a landlord, a franchisor or an inspector asks what gets done and how often.
Cleaned before you open, so nobody has to see it happen.
QUESTIONS
Before you ask
Yes. Overnight, early morning and weekend schedules are all normal. Tell us your access arrangement and we build the schedule around your opening hours.
Yes. Paper, soap and bin liners can be supplied and restocked by us, or you can keep supplying them yourself. Either way, we tell you before you run out.
Yes, and we scope those separately because the standards and the products are different. Flag it on the quote form and we will walk the site before quoting.
Yes, Adams is fully insured. A certificate is available on request for landlords, building managers and franchisors.
That is fine. Post-event, post-fitout, end of lease and seasonal deep cleans are all quoted as one off work with no ongoing commitment.
