How we try to keep this site usable by everyone, and what to do if it is not.

We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using a screen reader, navigating by keyboard, or browsing with motion reduced. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA.

Every page can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and the element you are on shows a clear gold outline so you can see where you are. This was added in August 2026; before that there was no visible focus indicator at all.

We checked the site rather than assuming. Across the pages we tested, every image carries a text alternative, and the ones that are purely decorative are correctly marked as such so a screen reader skips them instead of reading out a filename. Every field on the application form is properly joined to its label.

Small uppercase labels such as “What we do” used to be marked up as headings, which made a screen reader announce a heading that was not one and left gaps in the page outline. They are now ordinary text, so each page has one main heading and a sensible order beneath it.

If your device or browser is set to reduce motion, the site honours it: the entrance animations and the hover movement are switched off, and nothing moves that you did not ask to move.

We have not had an independent accessibility audit, and we have not verified every colour combination on every page against the contrast standard. One heading level in the page footer is still out of sequence. We are listing these because a statement that claims everything is perfect is not worth reading.
