TRASH CAN CLEANING
A hose does not fix a can. Heat, pressure and a degreaser do
What makes a can smell is not the trash. It is the film left behind after the trash is gone, baked onto the walls and the underside of the lid, feeding flies and maggots through the summer. Rinsing moves it around. It needs lifting off.
So the can is degreased, pressure washed inside and out, scrubbed where the buildup has set hard, then disinfected and deodorized. It comes back dry, which matters, because a wet can starts the cycle again within a week.
It is a small job with an obvious result, which is exactly why it works as an add-on. If we are already at your property for a clean, the cans get done while we are there and you never have to think about them again.

Tell us how many cans
Trash, recycling, yard waste, commercial totes. Numbers and sizes are all we need to quote it, and we will tell you if a can is too far gone to be worth cleaning rather than take the money.

Cleaned at the curb, on or after collection day
Empty cans clean properly, so we work around your collection schedule. You do not need to be home and you do not need to move anything.

Back dry and ready, or set to repeat
One-off if that is all you want. Most people move to monthly once they have seen the difference, and recurring visits are scheduled automatically.

Before you ask
Monthly through the warm months is what most people settle on, because that is when smell and flies actually become a problem. Quarterly is usually enough over winter. One-off cleans are fine too, especially after a move or a summer nobody wants to talk about.
No. The cans are at the curb or wherever you normally keep them, and we work outside. You will know it happened when you see them.
Yes, and that is the cheapest way to have it done. Tell us on the quote form and the cans get added to your scheduled visit.
Totes and wheeled commercial cans, yes. Large static dumpsters are a different job with different equipment, so ask and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.
It is collected and disposed of properly. It does not go down a storm drain or into the street, which is both the rule here and the reason a cheap hose-and-run service is worth avoiding.
That is the normal case and it is what the degreaser and the scrubbing are for. If a can is genuinely past saving, cracked, or the plastic has absorbed the smell permanently, we will say so instead of charging you to find out.
