Probably. The list covers where we work regularly, not the limit of where we will travel. Call 585-204-0133 or send the quote form and we will tell you straight away whether we can cover you and on what terms.
Not for Rochester and Monroe County. Extended-distance appointments, which mainly means Buffalo, Western New York and Watertown, may require a minimum service amount or a travel fee. That is agreed in writing with your quote, before you book, never added afterwards.
We take work across Buffalo and Western New York, and we are honest that it is a longer run than Monroe County. For recurring work and larger jobs it makes sense for both sides. For a single small clean it often will not, and we will say so.
Yes, that is a large part of what property management is for. Owners who live out of state get the same written reporting as owners down the road, which is the point of documenting everything.
