- Floors: vacuum and mop, edges and under furniture
- Dusting: surfaces, sills, baseboards, vents and fittings

Weekly, biweekly, monthly or as needed. Add-ons such as interior windows, oven, fridge or laundry are quoted separately so your base price stays predictable. Short-notice, rescheduling and cancellation terms are published in full on the quote page.

CLEANING FAQS
Before you book
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Most clients give us an agreed access method and we work while they are out. Access details are documented in your property file and only used by the team assigned to you.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, unless you would rather we use specific products on your surfaces, which is common with stone, wood and specialty finishes. Tell us at the walkthrough and it goes into the scope.
How is a deep clean different from a regular clean?
A regular clean maintains a property that is already in good condition. A deep clean resets it: inside cabinets and appliances, baseboards, tracks, fixtures and build-up that a recurring visit does not reach. Most properties start with one, then move to a regular schedule.
Can I change the scope later?
Any time. We update the checklist, confirm the change in writing, and adjust the quote if the work has genuinely changed. What we do not do is quietly drop items to save time.
